Accommodates: 150 Seated (Inside the Barn)

This classic red Maine barn’s interior can accommodate up to 180 seated guests for ceremonies, and 150 guests for receptions. We also have a lakefront lawn directly across the street for ceremonies, which can accommodate 275 seated guests. This property offers various options to fit whatever your dream wedding looks like.

The property must be completely rented by the wedding client to include the Cottage and Farmhouse, which can be used for your guests. Due to COVID we are not booking anything more than 1 year in advance at this time and we are unable to offer any showings until at least June 2021.

Included in these prices are:

Exclusive use of the waterfront lawn and Barn (ground level only).

Use of grounds/buildings for photography.

A two-hour rehearsal on the evening preceding the wedding. (Minister, pastor and/or wedding planner must be present)
